Packhouse Coordinator
Pro-Force LTD is looking to recruit a Coordinator for one of the packhouses we supply.
The role involves assisting in the training of new recruits, motivating staff and supervising Pro-Force Line leaders. Other duties include checking workers before start of the shift and organising people to start work next day. You will also be working very closely with the client management team making sure operation is running smoothly.

You must learn the packhouse operation quickly and speak Polish and Russian or Latvian. Packhouse experience would be an advantage.
Due to the location of the packhouse, your own transport will be required as it is not on a public transport route, however we can help with arranging accommodation.

Candidate must be computer literate. Have good people skills, be organised and flexible.
Initially, you will be paid a training fee of £6.75 per hour for 6 weeks, where upon you will receive a appraisal and can negotiate your payment terms.
