A well established recruitment agency specialising in temporary and permanent recruitment for manufacturing industry are looking for an experienced English and Polish speaking Recruiter to join their East Anglia Branch in Bedford.

Main duties include:
- identifying, recruiting and interviewing potential job candidates so that managers can adequately fill new, existing or upcoming job positions.
- Screening applicants
- Handling candidate applications
- Overseeing recruitment
- Conducting job assessments
- Capture info/calls/bookings correctly on CRM system
- Analyzing the knowledge, skills and experience of candidates
- Assisting Branch Manager with administration duties including: identification and national insurance checks, verification of qualifications, obtaining bank details, dealing with timesheets, payroll queries and amendments

You will work accurately and with a sense of urgency, and be able to communicate confidently with candidates and clients. Driving license required.

Hours of work 09.00-17.30. Starting salary – exceeds NM Depending On Experience Fix Term Contract. Opportunity to progress after satisfactory performance.
